I'm trying to find out what vitamins (if any), minerals (if any), etc. are in ground turkey. I searched Google using several search phrases this morning but can only find basic info like calories, fat, cholesterol, protein, etc.

Can anyone suggest a source?
TIA
Like all animal products, turkey should contain B vitamins, like niacin and a little B12. It should also contain some heme iron in the form of myoglobin, and calcium from the inevitable bone meal if it's "mechanically separated" meat.

There is absolutely no way to know what/who is in mystery meat. Unless YOU ground the turkey YOURSELF there is no answer, none. And as to what's in it, why would anyone who buys preground meat even care... I mean you're a self proclaimed dumpster diving [censored] eater, every preground turkey eater is.
