    I only ever did one serious attempt, in 2002 when I did all my PBs.
    I hand-timed a 28.4", from a standing start, on the junior high 330m track
    near work.

    Currently I dunno if I could get under 30"... PS I weighed in at 77.5kg
    this morning <GROAN>
