personally i (hh) only have 2 pairs of running shoes, and the reason i
have 2 is because the guy at the shoe store insisted that i am a size
8.5 when i kept telling him i've been wearing an 8 in the same brand and
model for over a year. he pretty much browbeat me into buying the larger
size and i suffered thru a month wearing them, getting blisters on my
toes and under my arch after every run until i got fed up with being
foolish and ordered my usual size from an online site where i wouldn't
have to argue with sales people..

(i accidentally found this picture as i was searching for a suitable
running drink that doesn't have xylitol or stevia or fd&c blue dye # 6,
etc. i am not stalking this poor runner ๐
