No help on the [censored]. As for pudding, you can find recipes on Nestle's
    website - www.verybestbaking.com . Surprisingly, there's no separate
category for "pudding", but you can get the recipes by entering pudding
as a keyword. I guess not many people make it from scratch any more.

At our school it was called gypsy [censored]

recipe was kind of like this

    1 400g (14oz) Tin of Evaporated Milk
    340g (12oz) Dark Muscovado Sugar
    1 10inch Pre-baked shortcrust pastry case

    Pre-heat oven to 200°C: 400°F: Gas 6.
Whisk evaporated milk and sugar together for approximately 10 minutes
Until light and fluffy and coffee coloured.
Pour the mix into the pastry case.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
The surface will appear slightly sticky but will set completely when left to
    cool.
    Serve cold.

    Serves 6

This brings back the memory of when years ago, someone posted the
question "How do you make a gypsy [censored]?"

I looked up the old post and copied it here.

I can't remember if it was Kay Hartman or Nancy Dooley that answered
saying to dress her in an off the shoulder blouse with a slit skirt
and black fishnet stockings,or something like that, every time I see a
Gypsy [censored] request that post comes to mind.
Sorry, I just had to take that little trip down memory lane.

This recipe states to whip the sugar and evaporated milk together for
10 minutes and that it should be light coffee flavored.
    Here's the recipe
