I have something missing that is supposed to tell me when I am full. So,
I am coping with this lack of hormone or whatever it is by deciding with
my eyes/brain when I "should" be full.I have been putting food on the plate and looking at it and saying, "That
ought to make me full." and then I eat that amount. No seconds. It is
kind of tough to do it this way because I don't feel full after eating the
meal! I never have. But, that's one of the reasons I got overweight, I
think. So, rather than go to the health food store and ask for Ghrelin or Leptin
or whatever it is I don't have enough of, I have decided to do it this
way.I have always wondered about people who can eat a meal and say, "Boy, I'm
stuffed!" I haven't had that experience. Oh, I've over eaten and then
later on feel miserable and wish Golden Corral never existed, but right
after eating--no.Pat in TX
i am a small 5'3" gal and I have always been the same way. i don't get full.
of course i have almost 50lbs to lose now LOL but even when i am eating
healthy i don't get full so I do that too. I just say "that should do it"
