I don't know....but it is generally cold in the winter...would that have
something to do with it? Where do you live and what is the average temp?
Interestingly, I do know several women to claim, no matter how they dress,
that they are freezing when outside in wintertime. It's as if it's a mental
thing. As I've not worn their shoes, it's hard to relate.
