Cut wonton wrappers in half diagonally Arrange on cookie sheet Brush lightly with sesame oil lightly salt Sprinkle with freshly toasted sesame seeds Bake until dark golden brown about 375 F
We added a tempura fried oyster to the top of the chip with a dollop of key lime cilantro tartar sauce.

I have left over wonton wrappers and this looks like a perfect way to finish them up. One question though, if you sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on the wontons, won't they burn? (I mean the sesame seeds)

I lightly toasted them..or you could just put them on not toasted and the oven will do the job .. watch them closely. Good luck with it!

Perfect. I did pre-toast the sesame seeds. But completely forgot they were in the oven and took the dogs for a walk. Fortunately all was well when I got home. Loved the wontons and added some to a caesar salad I'd made. They'd be good with asian salads too.
