  1. Couple of years ago i used a small programme on my PC that someone on here suggested for keeping
    times, heart rate, weather conditions (yes i put Wind conditions at first then deleted it:>😉 etc It
    was freeware and real simple to use

    Ive tried to remember the name and looked on google but am unable to find
    it.anyone know what im talking about?? thanks Si

    Runlog comes first to mind, but it sounds like any of the dozens that have come out over the years.
    Take a look at runnersweb.comrw sw.html and see if anything jogs, cute pun, your
    memory. I don't know if everything on this list is free.

  5. RunLog has run on two of my XP machines. One was an upgrade from 98 to ME to HP and the other was a
    virgin HP home edition.

    BTW I use a program called RunCoach to log my runs. You can download a demo version to try. It
    wasn't very expensive to register for the full version either.
