In the past, Heras hasn't been a threat, due to the parcours. He cannot beat LANCE or JAN in the TdF
because of his poor flat TT abilities. His tactic which best suits his talent is waiting till the
last 5k of a long climb, then putting in his attack. Can't gain enough time that way to make up for
the many minutes lost in the TTs.

The Vuelta is different. Different types of climbs (shorter and steeper).

Next year the TdF could be a somewhat different since the TT goes uphill. But the TdF climbs still
don't suit Heras the same way that the Vuelta does.

As for the rest of the USPS team - who's a threat? They're hired because they're very good
support riders.
