I bought a powertap Sl and with it comes a wheel with the hub mounted in it. The wheel has a Dura Ace 12-25 cassette on it...my bike currently has an Ultegra 12-27.
They are both 10 speed.
My question is...will I need to change anything to swap these wheels or is it plug and play?

You should be able to swap the wheels without modifications.🙂 Unless you still want to keep the same cassette, in which case you just need to swap cassettes. Dura Ace 10 spd and Ultegra 10 spd are interchangable (according to Shimano:p)

They're plug and play. For the anal retentive you may want to tweak the 'b' screw on the derailleur.
