  1. So, I'm swapping out my OEM wheels with a Shimano wheel set that is dished for 11 speed but, of course, has a spacer to use with a 10 speed cassette.

    Am I correct in assuming that with an 11 speed capable wheel, I could swap out my front and rear derailleurs and shifter to 11 speed components? What about the crankset? Would that need to be changed?

    Thanks in advance for enlightening me.

  2. Shimano's new 11-speed chains work well for Shimano 10-speed, so, while I'm not going to say it's sure thing, the probability is very high that your 10-speed crankset and rings will work fine with Shamano 11-speed.
