  1. How do you have your coffee

Most of the rest is spread out over my lounge room floor - I'm almost to
    scared to build it up.

Would it be too forward to ask what JB ask for a frame like that? I have been too chicken to phone them... please do not feel obliged to reply...

Of course it's steel - the one true metal for the one true gear.

I knew that - never doubted you. For some masochistic reason, I had to make my envy complete. What kit will be involved in the build-up?

Nice. So you sacrificed a duallie to fund a new single speed frame?

    Ooh. Pretty. Noiiice. Now I've got a job (I hope...it's 95% finalised) I can
get back onto sorting my fixie out. I've got most of the bits, I really want
to start bolting it all together! Get yours assembled and post pics. 🙂

And we'll ignore that bike with the funny thing hanging down near the back
    wheel eh?

Dave - who has N+1 in a rideable state, but really needs a decent fork for
    it.

Yes, but not this one...the next one.

What are you after - oh you said decent.

I'm thinking of doing a shuffle. I'm either going to swap the half decent
forks on my brother's old bike for a rigid one I've got floating about, or
I'm going to get something Rather Swanky for the front of the XC bike and
move the Marzocchis to the new SS.

But if you've got spare bits that need a home I could be interested, since
the shed bits have just about all been bolted on to frames.

So when are you bringing it around for me to check the tightness of all
fittings (by taking it for a blat)?

What??? Front suspension? Wasn't your old SS rig rigid?

Btw, why a Fox instead of say, a Rock Shox?

Are they "better" than Larsen TTs and Pythons?

    Yup - I'm getting old, don't think I could handle 24hrs rigid

Fox forks are very nice and the price was very right.

I think anything are better than Pythons. By all accounts they roll a
lot better than the TTs - although I know a couple of people who prefer
to still run a TT on the front with Crossmark on the rear

I saw Pez of Team Yeti with Pythons on his bike at the Cyclinic a few
weeks back. Of course, Hutchinson could have been one of his sponsors.

Ta. I'll keep the Crossmarks in mind the next time I need to replace my
    Larsens.

I think that's why they warn gentlemen over a certain age about taking those "ehnancement" tablets.

Is this a new usage of the N+1 formula? You only have to sell a current bike when it is to fund the N+1th bike acquisition, never for the current acquisition?

That's rather nice. I see it's got those clever adjustable vertical
    dropouts. I rather like those.
