  1. I can take a joke as well as the next gent, but as a new comer to this
posting site, I had expectations of a little respect. Already, I know not
to open any messages from CJ, as his credibility is in question. Inane
statements, about my plight, don't give me that warm fuzzy feeling. I do
thank Pete and Jason for their candor and suggestions. Yes, I mix and
match my routines, and yes, I've had some serious setbacks, which have
rendered me unable to workout, for long periods of time. Perhaps, I'd be in
much better shape, had there been no interruptions. Still, I think, having
an ongoing workout partner, who knows his stuff, would benefit me most. I
haven't put much store in all the supplements out there, and maybe I've
deluded myself. Once, while lifting, my bench collapsed, and the weights
came crashing down on me. I landed on a cross strut-breaking every bone in
my back, but resumed my weight training, once strong enough to move, without
much pain. I'll keep at it till the end, and will keep trying new things,
    to reach my goal.

You are getting respect. I'll grant you that it's hard to spot, though.

This is not a coddling sort of place. We all have our obstacles. We do
    what we do anyway.

That's where you hire a personal trainer. It's expensive but helpful.

Whey protein and creatine, when taken in the right amounts and at the
right time, can provide you with some edge. Ephedrine and caffeine
can help keep your body fat low and provide some stimulation for
workouts. Green tea is also effective in that regard. Fish oil can

    connective tissue.

I think my Troll Filter FAQ describes the limitations on Outlook
Express. I don't like that newsreader; it's too easy to suck in
malicious code. I use Forté Agent. And I won't purchase the newest
version of Agent until they improve their killfilters.
