socks (compression socks, I think) while travelling. Does anyone have
experience with this?
Yes. I have persistent problems with deep vein thrombosis and, after I
broke my back last year in a cycling accident[1], I had to wear them for
the three months I was relatively sedentary. they aren't desperately
uncomfortable or anything, but frankly aren't much tighter than the sort
of lycra tights you might use for time trialling in cool weather.
