That's just about all they're good for now, sadly. (Wasn't always the
case).

their Ebay feedback.
On eBay they are alright: resonable/good prices, reasonable postage
charge. Different from the website prices & postage. Mr Thorn's response
to the numerous complaints about the £5 postage charge on sub £50 orders
was to change the policy and charge £5 postage for *all* orders.
I think it is fair to pay extra for esotheric and hard to find stuff, but
they're not exactly encouraging me to buy anything else from them. I get
the impression that most of their customers are so wealthy that they (the
customers) don't care about the prices at all, just as long as the service
is good. Who else would buy a chainring at £46.99 that they could easily
get elsewhere for £30.99?
