Shimano STI Shifter Problems

I agree. My DA is also about to go [censored] up. This is where campy kicks shimano's ass...

yes it is and two year warranty for 6500 stuff-shimano will not replace out of warranty. Campagnolo
is 3 year on everything BTW-

This is a touring bike so has a 105 tripple in the front and an XTR in the rear. Would the Campy
levers work with these or would I have to change them as well?

Bill,

I looked at your web site and believe that the real issue is that the friction of the mechanism
causes the big lever to move when the little one is pushed. Your increased spring tension may help
but it looks like the real solution is to fix whatever is causing this increased friction. It
obviously wasn't there when new.
