I find that hard to believe, cince hypertrophy is our main objective.
Read again. Note the words "aren't necessarily." Also note the
difference between "effective" and "efficient."

What makes you guys think that bodybuilders use high reps and very
discomforting sets to produce hypertrophy?
Separate subject. I never said they did.

A good strength program. However, most bodybuilders do use a somewhat
higher rep range. Still, there's some evidence that there are
genotypical variants that cause people to respond differently to
different training volumes.
JMW, would you PLEASE pull your head out of your ass? I mean, if only
for a moment, just to see - maybe - what others are seeing? You're a
pompous ass. Perhaps it's a case of you're-so-smart-you're-stupid or,
more likely, you're just stupid.
Dear rec.martial-arts patrons, would a good karate chop or some other
martial arts technique possibly help dislodge this man's head from his
rectum? TIA.

He is a dreadful self-regarding [censored] who never uses one word where a
dozen can be introduced needlessly!
I hope you're having a great weekend Curt - you know I am! ;o)
