Many years ago I made a great Chinese chicken dish with black bean and whiskey sauce. Then I lost the recipe. I think I have found it, this time with frog legs, but chicken will work with this one too. (Credit: I found it on Plate of the Day Food Blog)
I can't wait to make some because the memory has stayed with me for years.

Looks interesting and good. Most stirfry recipes avoid olive oil but in this case you're not using high heat with the frog legs so it should work fine. For chicken, I think I'd chop thighs into two pieces or use boneless thigh meat. These would want higher heat so I'd switch to peanut oil. Might add a bit of red chile flakes, too, since that goes well with black beans and the chicken is more robust than frog legs. -aem
