We solved the problem: at the shop they accurately cleaned inside of the levers and now everything
works pretty well. (Our problem was shifting from 52 to 39 but it could be the same problem you got)
It's a good news because the lever really didn't nothing when pressed and we expected something
worse, like a replacement!
