Looks like I have developed textbook patellar bursitis ("Housemaids
Knee"-have fun trolls). There is a fluid filled (painless)lump on top of
my right kneecap about the size of a fifty cent piece. It started after
an October 15K race, and is now becoming quite noticeable. There is no
real discomfort apart from minor tenderness. Never notice it while
running. Anyone dealt with this condition or it's remedies (drainage,
surgery, nsaid's etc.)? Thanks.
