  1. Looks like I have developed textbook patellar bursitis ("Housemaids
    Knee"-have fun trolls). There is a fluid filled (painless)lump on top of
    my right kneecap about the size of a fifty cent piece. It started after
    an October 15K race, and is now becoming quite noticeable. There is no
    real discomfort apart from minor tenderness. Never notice it while
    running. Anyone dealt with this condition or it's remedies (drainage,
    surgery, nsaid's etc.)? Thanks.

    Chapped lips, and a sore butthole are indicators too.
