As long as you dont overdo it it should be fine. Avoid using the pith
though, ick. Some orange foods use just the segments, and some use
segments plus thin peeled skin. And of course a few even use thick
skin, but my experience with whole lemons put me off that (the pith is
quite bitter)NT
