  1. I just got a used, free weight bench from our neighbors. Can't afford a
    new one.

  2. So you are using that OL weight set on a standard bench then?

    Did it flip over yet?

Did you sell the chest expander you used for 10 years?

How much did you get for it?

He can't reply, he's got his barbell on his neck.

  4. haven't used it yet. I gave away the low quality chest expander, and am
using a high quality chest expander and weights for my workouts.

  5. It is a bench from a machine. The supports are 1'-9" appart, and I plan
on using it with one 60 pound sand bag on each of the four legs.

    LMAO! Good one man...

  7. I have not used it yet, and did not say what type of bench it is. How
do I tell if it is Olympic or standard?

It can't flip over. I put a 60 pound sand bag on each leg.

Couldn't handle that simple *context jump*? Pathetic, mica.

And wouldn't it be nice to offer some direction beyond "Hey, don't do
that."? Yes, perhaps a DO THIS INSTEAD would be more helpful. To wit:

    Internet Expander gives you worms.

  14. Don't know if it is an olympic or standard. How do I tell. Also, I pust
sandbags on the legs today, just in case.

(for use with an Olympic set)

Uh, is that right? Why don't you stick with bent over rows, deadlifts,
curls, presses, and ANYTHING BUT BENCHING, okay?

Hold a seance, and if the sirit of Franco Columbo comes to you and
WO's on your bench, it's olympic. OTOH if Wimpy from the Popeye
    cartooon shows up, it's standard.
