  1. Bill Davidson finally had his comcast account nuked for abuse! That took
some doing on my part, and you're all welcome!

He now has an account with charter.com ( 68.186.244.138 )
, these fine folks will not put up with his abuse the way comcast did, so it
will be much easier to have him yanked now! aaaaaaaaaaeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!

    Happy New Year.

    Happy New Year.

Just tell me that you're not John Williams a.k.a. JMW. I'd like to
think his troll faq and bluster about this, that, and the other were
    all for naught.

Regardless, well done. Happy New Year to you, too, Kantou.

I wondered why I'd not had to re-killfile him the past couple of days.

    Thanks!

Excellent. Group consensus on whether trolls remain will be
interesting. Since a few insist that there were no trolls aside from
Davidson, we'll see whether that turns out to be true.

You're a worse troll than Davidson ever was.

Amazingly, it would seem that you actually believe your hype or
blather. Davidson's input, on the other hand, was obvious schtick and
satire designed to get a rise.

    And what group consensus?

Allow me to explain, Curt ...

You and your compatriots appear to think it's all the fault of me and
maybe a few other MFW regulars. If that's the case, then consider
    these questions:

If it's all our fault, why can't anyone in rec.arts.bodyart stand you,
    either?

If it's all our fault, why was Hudson one of the reasons that
    alt.support.anxiety-panic.moderated was created?

If it's all our fault, why are people already killfiling Hudson in
    rec.sport.rugby.union?

A bit of advice for you, Curt:

If everywhere you go smells like dog [censored], check the soles of your
    shoes.

Who would those MFW regulars be? Who is in your so-called corner?
    Dally? Hanson? Hodges? Om? David?

Dally posts all around. Om is even-handed and diplomatic. David is
considerate across the board for the most part. Even Hanson has
replied in a sensible non-confrontational manner recently. Hodges just
got back from his self-imposed exile, so I wouldn't be so quick to
count him as /your/ so-called compatriot simply because I don't think
any of those people are as stupifyingly arrogant as you seem to be.

I suspect that patrons of anxiety-panic wouldn't need much prodding.

Funny this thing about digging around other newsgroups and using it as a

Funny this thing about digging around other newsgroups and
using it as a 'weapon' against those you wish to get a leg up.

He was 1) incorrect and 2) lazy about his digging, though.

Yes, but you have to give him credit - he has a lot of people and a lot of
newsgoups to monitor. How thorough can he be?

Suppose someone from another group looks around MFW.
How easy would it be to go back and say about the following
people - JMW, JRH, Curt, David, Dally and a number of
others - "no one in MFW can stand you" -

Hmm. Well, they all could have that pointed at them. Except you, of
course! You're simply smashing. I've always been a fan. :o)

    Sure!

    Seriously

    you mean you weren't??

    Quoted message said:

(wait, that WAS serious), it honestly couldn't be applied to
anyone as each of those listed has their fans or, at least, people who
have treated them with respect and kindness.

JMW - Hanson, Hodges, et al.
JRH - yours truly, you, et al.
You - yours truly, JRH, et al.
Dally - yours truly, Om, et al.
And, yeah, even me - JRH, you, et al.

Et al., btw, is the abbreviation for the Latin phrase et alii meaning
"and others." I was going to joke and say et al. was Latin for Om, but
I got hung up by Dally so far as the kindness and respect thing goes.

    Sorry, gurlfren.

And, of course, David, you're right. That choice of 'weapon' could be
applied to anyone. It'd be inaccurate - as it was when what'shisface
used it - but, hey, all's fair in love and newsgroups, right?

Yes all's fair but you have to apply one criterion to all of this . .

    Who cares?

Well obviously John Williams cares; he's trying to get us all to take
    sides.

Given that the signs are that TBR may have had his wings clipped at
last, and whatever the truth of that is it has yet to emerge, the
truth of the matter is that the TBR certainly isn't flooding the Group
    at the moment.

That notwithstanding, the "trolling" hasn't stopped. It has in fact
increased to a level where the efforts of TBR were/are
inconsequential, in light of the new strenuous efforts of the master
"troll" John Williams, who has got a pissing contest underway, the
like of which we haven't seen for a long time.

Can anyone really doubt who is *really* responsible for the dissension
    in the Group?

I snipped the whole thing. All of it. Your pissing contest

Pissing contest? Hey, that's my phrase!

    Well, kinda ... http://tinyurl.com/7kh4j

Thank you for spending a moment of your time bringing this post to
MFW's attention. I'm sure your efforts are greatly appreciated.

    But you're not a troll. Nooooo. :o)
