Ive had chicken, roasrt beef, turkey, goose, a concoction of many different birds one isnde teh othger, venison, wild boar and just about every foirm of really good meat for christmases over the year.
Goose and venison top the list...but the frankenstein roast was pretty interesting.
I saw one being made on television recently. It was called a Turducken (A turkey breast, lined with an escalope of duck breast, and spread with minced chicken then all rolled up and roasted.) Incidentally it was an American chef, on Martha Stewart's show on American TV.

How lovely to hear from you. Yes we are all OK. There was thick black smoke drifting overhead this afternoon but it was a relief to see that only one person is still in hospital with breathing difficulties. Thanks for your concern. Have a great Christmas and New Year.
