Yes. that extra half degree causes thermal bodily expansion ( which does not
effect inert clothing). The increased temperature makes the atmosphere less
dense, as most of it has risen. This in turn makes breathing more difficult,
giving rise to the feeling that hills are higher, which they also are, due
to expansion caused by increased temperature, and a certain amount of rise
caused by the reduction in atmospheric pressure. Live with it.
