For a year I ran in Saucony Grid Vantage TR shoes. They were great shoes,
the best running shoes I have ever owned. I am a neutral runner with bad
knees so I like alot of cushion.
So when the Saucony Grid Vantage TR's died after a year, I went out to buy
another pair of the exact same shoes but they had no more in my size and the
store was not getting anymore in.
So I was forced to go out and look for new shoes for the right price. I
tried on Saucony, Asics, Adidas, Nike etc. The pair of shoes that I liked
the best were the:

Yes, I know they are trail shoes and I run on the treadmill and outdoors on
asphalt, I do not participate in trail running, but these shoes felt GREAT.
I went for a 30 minute run on the treadmill and about 5 min into the run I
got a weird pain on my right calf muscle, but after awhile it went away. The
day after my run, I noticed a few minor blisters on top of a few of my toes,
my knees were very sore, quads very sore. Could this be the shoes and these
are my adjustment pains while "breaking them in"? or could this mean that
the shoes just aren't meant for me? or could this mean?
Thanks,
NA.
