  1. I caught a portion of a program the other day on TV where some
instructor had these kids bend over and try to touch their toes and
they barely could do it and then he had them bite hard on something (a
kleenex, their T-shirt, whatever) and asked them to do it again and
they could touch the floor with their entire palms.

Is this a psychological thing or dioes biting hard on something
    temporrily increase your flexibility?

    Take a bite.

I already tried it but my knees are so bad bending over to touch my
toes while keeping my legs straight hurts by knees a bit. Besides I
don't want a demonstration. I want a scientific reason why biting
improves one's flexibility or if it's just a silly trick.

Too much time spent on your hands and knees?

I don't know if there's anything special about biting down on something,
but in general, tension followed by relaxation can increase range of
motion. Read about it in Pavel's "Relax Into Stretch"
http://www.kbnj.com/ris.htm or look it up on http://www.stadion.com, a
site with articles by Thomas Kurz.

Had to try it, of course, works!

You bit your penis. That'll make any man stronger.
