Yeah, though I might prefer overhead presses to dips; dips are fine, though.

That's not a bad solution, since pullups/chins done with a supinated
grip are good biceps developers, and dips put substantial emphasis on
the pectorals. More bang for the buck.

for triceps weighted dips depends on your strength and bodyweight
but also decline press to the head the head, they both activate all 3
heads of the triceps
