don't more than 1 out of one-thousand ride a freaking bike to Manhattan? Damn. Whales? Lazy? Too

I couldn't imagine riding my bike through the Lincoln tunnel, even if allowed.

Traffic, limited access since it is an island, and more effective public transportation than most

Got it, since I work just 2 blocks from there (and ride the Embarcadero and Bay Street thru the
Marin and Crissy Fielf to/from the office nearly every day).

You can ride in New York City. There are plenty of bike messengers who do, but you also see plenty of them being scrapped off the pavement.
