On the plate - We had foil potatoes and home frozen corn along with the ribs. For foil potatoes I cut the potatoes into bite size pieces and place on tin foil. I add chopped onions, chives, Montreal steak spice, then drizzle with a little olive oil then form a tin foil packet. The sealed packet is cooked on the bbq. I only make a couple of bags of corn on the cob since it takes up too much freezer space. Most of the corn I do is in niblet form. Corn on the cob is a nice treat off season 🙂 http://tinypic.com/e5inf7.jpg

Oh, those lovely potatoes! What a feast this must have been. M
patches ... they scared me, your ribs were looking at me!
(smile) I bet that was one great dinner. I'm having ribs tomorrow night at the game, I'll make potato salad for it today. Nothing fancy. Thanks for the pics.

Looks mighty good. Just one question; Where is the butter? I don't see it oozing all over the corn 😉

Oh it's there! The one cob shows a little of the butter and there's no way you can have corn on the cob without butter!
