Have l-c'd before.
Remember, this is l-c AND l-f. When Lyle writes, "...and nothing else", he's
not kidding.
Yeah, I got that.
Lyle kids? When? I missed it.

letting me trip on them on my own?
Find whatever fibrous veges you like, and learn to eat them as snacks.
Have you rediscoverd any veggies that a person wouldn't normally think
of? I can do brocolli for about three weeks before I will not eat rather
than eat another piece, so a variety is really a good thing.

filling.
It seemed like there was a lot of carbs in the ff cottage cheese and ff
milk? I was surprised that they were acceptable. (not 100% sure that the
milk was acceptable, need to reread on a regular basis.)

and a can of tuna...YUM.
Had trouble getting the egg beaters to work in an omelete this morning,
but it was the first time I had tried to use them anywhere. Came out
quite runny, to the point of having to switch to scrambled half way
through. I will have to do some omelette dinners when I have more time
to work with the materials.

of protein...fills you up, doesn't screw up the glycogen depletion and
ketosis. Do the 5 hour carbups,
I don't get these yet, if I read it right, I only get two meals a week.
But I will get to getting them.

all glycogen and water, will go away in a day or two, and will keep your
metabolism perking along. Don't neglect your multi vitamin/mineral
supplements and the fish oil.
Urrrrp! Mmm Fishy, a coworker and I were just discussing the aftermath
of fish oil caps with b-fast.

thinking that I will probably have a hard time actually eating 1g/lb of

Yeah, I have the same experience. However, what you don't eat one day does
NOT get to be carried over until the next.
I wasn't planning on playing the savings account game. Of coursre, when/
if one gets hungry enough all kinds of rationalizing occurs. LOL Here's
to hoping that doesn't happen.

Only constructive? Damn, that cramps my style 🙁
In all honesty it wasn't you I was worried about, but in this group if
you aren't specific about what kind of criticism...
