A threaded fork can be cut down if it is to long correct? I just thought i would ask. This seems obvious but wanted to make sure!!

Only to a degree and depending on how much thread you have to start with.
Has 50 mm of thread and 174 total length. Will probably need to cut 2 cm off, will this leave enough thread?

Have no clue.Duno what your headtube length or HS stack height are. Put it together and figure it out.gotta have threads for the adjusting cup and locknut. I got no issue in leaving a 10mm spacer just for grins and contingincies.
