And how long have you been cycling now? Two, three years? Less?
Back to cycling?? About three years.

up 100k and 46m at a time you've caught up and passed many in here.
I'm distinctly not fast, but if I stick at 11-12mph average, I can pootle
along all day with reasonable refreshment stops ;-)
Indeed today, as I was trundling along behind Nathan, this nice chappie in a
Foska Marmite jersey and riding a nice, shiny new Trek appeared alongside.
He introduced himself by saying something like, "Yellow Lycra on a Bianchi,
you must be Helen" It was that nice Chris chappie of this NG, so we passed
the time of day for a few minutes as we cycled along before he peeled off in
a different direction.
Nathan was out on his shiny Cervelo, whilst kitted out in CSC kit, in
proto-Basso mode... Did 41-miles today. Cycling with Nathan on a pootle for
him is a definite workout for me (OWW!). Nathan saying, "Mum, this what you
need to do when you time trial next season.." Like, no, son, your mother
will not be TT-ing next season...

Question asked from a safe distance (for now anyway) of over 150miles
from the nearest known paving slab lobber...
The reach of the PSF is unlimited..
