  4. Im starting the 2 week induction again to kick start myself. Im going to
list everything I eat with morning and night time BS readings.
This is just an exercise for myself. Any and all advice is welcome.
Tracking food intake is probably the best way to go.
The goal is to get down a few pounds but more importantly to get the
carb intake back down to less then 20.
As I see it, once the carb intake is down, qty goes down, K kicks in and
the rest takes care of itself... But water qty DOES play an important part.

So I mean to focus on carb, water and QTY....

1st question. What should my calorie intake range be?

    So here it goes.

    As of 9:45 AM
    start 198.4
    BS 120 (morning)

    Warren
    6ft male

  5. A little less than maintenance.

  6. I think maintenance to me would be 1800 calories... So I did 1300 today
and that should put me under in the weight loss.....
good answer. You challenge people to figure out the answer themselves
(when your not torturing them 🙂

That sounds about right, but you need to try it for a couple of weeks to see
for sure. Aim for losing one or two pounds per week.

  11. Felling Good.
    Thanks.
Funny but Im having a lot more energy. Im sort of semi retired, but not
really. I have my own business and was going in 9ish and leaving at 4
ish. NOW, Im in at the crack of dawn and staying till almost 6. Im
saying that because I seem to have more energy but the longer work hours
MUST be adding to the loss by a sort of constant energy level/excercise
    type regimine...
I am not heavy by any strech of the imagination. I just want to lose
    those 10 vanity pounds.
And it seems to be working...
    Again thanks for asking....
