the country? I think you're either b or d. From all I've read here,

Whoa! I just looked at some of the examples of "eclectic!" Example #1, okay.
But the other three?? I didn't know that was eclectic. I always thought THAT
was bad taste!

lol, yeah, I wouldn't have exactly what they showed as examples.. but the
term for what I am would be right. It is the term for those who can't be
pigeonholed. Makes someone feel better to have a name to do just that. :-)

NO! Eclectic is a real term for something that works. IMO: It's the
biggest decorating compliment you can get because it indicates a broad
range of taste and a willingness to make them work together.

Eclectic is a tasteful mixing of periods and styles.... "A decorating
style harmoniously combining furniture and accessories of various
styles and periods" and "Composed of elements drawn from various
sources".

Feel better now? I'd love to see the reference URL, btw.

Hmmmm. Online resposes are "Eclectic", but offline reponses are

That's weird...the first time I took the quiz, it came up with something
like "sleek and contemporary." But I couldn't remember the exact phrase, so
I took it again, giving what I *thought* were the same answers, and now it
comes up with "classic and timeless."

I took it a third time, and now it says "sleek and contemporary" again!

Whatever. I think it's one of those things that people tend to agree with
regardless of the outcome. I looked at the kitchen photos: I liked the third
and fifth ones under "timeless and classic," and the third one under "sleek
and contemporary."

I qualified for "classic and timeless." What is really spooky is that
page 5 of "classic and timeless" is so close to the "theme" of the
kitchen I designed in my house in Denver that it creeps me out.

Nah, I got that too - just means you refuse to be compartmentalised, and

I got stuck on a lot of the questions as none
of the answers applied in some cases - especially
#10 and the one about colors.

Let's see . . . #10 should be e. lazy, picky, whiny.
