Hi all, long time no see. Still infighting I see - c'est la vie.
Hubby came in with a 255 cholesteral count the other day. (Who'd a thunk it,
since *I* am the one that eats all the [censored] and he is the one that eats all
the veggies and fruit - go figure). Anyway, I am doing some research to
find stuff to help.
So far I have Lecithin, Niacin, Oatmeal (the "real stuff"😉, Vitamin C and
such esoteric things as "policosano", inositol hexaniacinate, and sitosteral
(whatever the hell THOSE ARE), on my list.
And of course, eating more fiberous legumes (beans, lentils, etc., instead
of so much meat). Oh, and of course, more exercise (she runs screaming from
the room).
Anybody got any other suggestions?
TIA
SD
