How nice to "see" you again, after such a long time. The recipe sounds like a wonderfully cool treat for a hot afternoon.
I frequently think of you and your little niece and I wonder how both or you are doing. Good to hear from you!

I saw her today and she had broken her arm by falling from a playground climb thingy, but she was in a fine mood. It only hurt sometimes, she said.
Hi, Michael, What are you doing now? Are you working or still pursuing your studies?
I am sorry about your little nice, Cecilia, right? Please, tell her that I am sending her a great big "hello" from New York City and wish her a speedy recovery from her fall.
The "Climb Thingy" is called a Monkey Bar. :o)
It is hot here. For lunch, I will have something cool and simple, cottage cheese with cut up radishes, cucumbers and scallions. Perhaps I will have a glass of buttermilk with it, it I go shopping and get some this morning.
