    the idea that there is such a thing as "fat but fit," I don't really
    care. I like the fact I've lost 22 pounds thus far. I *look* better.
    I'll accept my weight when its about another 15 pounds lighter.

    the idea that there is such a thing as "fat but fit," I don't really
    care. I like the fact I've lost 22 pounds thus far. I *look* better.
    I'll accept my weight when its about another 15 pounds lighter.

    that notion of 'fat but fit' is real fuzzy if you ask me. You can be fitter
    for most activities if you're less fat. You certainly can be "not sedentary"
    and fat, though, and I guess perhaps that's what they mean....
