A rear wheel usually requires two different length spokes. You should get
new nipples also.
The rim 'should' have twice the number of holes as one side of the hub ;-)
If you don't want to bother to count them just buy 20 of each length.

If you weren't missing spokes I'd say just count the spokes, but...
You would only need to count the holes on one of them since they where built
up already, you can assume that they are going to match. you should buy the
rim and spokes at the same time/place and bring the hub along so they can
get the right length spokes for you.
