Oh - it does sound like awfully good fun. I don't have the bottle to

I'm booked for a concert on Saturday night in Hampstead (so could have

I'll be there, [censored] weather or not. The train and coach fare were too
expensive...

Should be there, and riding home afterwards (25 miles to Woodbridge),
assuming I don't have any injuries from riding grass-track cycling
earlier in the day.

When this subject came up earlier, I thought I wouldn't be able to go -
but I had my date muddled and it turns out I can do it!

I'll be riding a black thing of my own construction (basically a cheap
MTB frame fitted with hub dynamo, 7-speed hub gear converted to 1/8"
chain, butterfly bars and a Brooks Professional Select.

Yup, reservation made. I know little of these single car 153 units of
