Could this be one of LANCE's legacies? Before 2003, how many times has
it happened? -
Just as Pena said he wanted to do it to help out, jens seems the sort that
would do the same."gym.gravity" <[email hidden]> wrote in message

The team should be giving him a push up the hills with his feet on the
handlebars. I don't understand this lack of respect. Unbelieveable.MT

The clock doesn't care who you are. CSC cares about the clock.
It's about sacraficing to increase your teams chances.
Good on Jens. That's a real team player and a team that's willing to
put emotion aside.D

CSC clearly has had a plan that was solely focused on Basso. No support for
the yellow jersey unless it was a true GC contender. -

last year - podium spot and constant fly in LANCE's ointment.Let's hope he recovers tomorrow and give LANCE a run for it.

Exactly. They're not going to defend something that's hopeless.
Knowing it will take EVERYTHING and more to get their top guy to the
GC podium.D

I hope so, but I doubt it. Its tough to peak twice in 2 months; and before
he got sick he was going for the giro win.
