I must not be a [censored] because I figured despite your tiny weight you
could
take me.. lol I would not bother backhanding you.. afterall a misquito
would
do more harm and it would just hurt my wrist when you caught it anyway..
lol
Tori
I'll just sit on him while you smack the [censored] out of him....
Deal?
<lol>
'sides, I am not a [censored].
I am THE [censored],
and it's MS [censored] to der Koenhead!
Hmmm now that is a thought.. though really i like his kick ass aproach.. I
have his posts floating arround in my head as I reach for the you know what
icecream.. lol If nothing else I would hate for him to be right and have me
fail!
Oh for pity sake! You are not going to fail! ;-)
Might take more time than you anticipated, but you will win out in the
long run.
Why would you give the little [censored] the satisfaction?

through the leg cramping in my hip because it was not THAT bad.. I mean I
have been through unmedicated labor.. lol little leg pain wont kill me 😉
Tori
Try some Cal/Mag/Phos balanced mineral supplement.
"Now" brand is inexpensive and keeps mine at bay.
Yogurt also works better than ice cream for a quick fix IMHO.
As do Rolaids combined with the balanced minerals.
Been there dear!
Now that I habitually take the balanced minerals, I no longer get leg
cramps, even after trashing my legs with squats, leg press, leg
extensions, leg curls and deadlifts all in one day at the gym........ ;-)
And all that after 30 minutes on the bike. Long term plans are to up my
aerobics to 1 hour per day 5 days per week.
I think I'm becoming a masochist. <lol>
HTH?
Hugs!
