Will that be a tunnelling or scanning electron microscope? Why not a
Rife microscope? Will the cells still be alive when the electrons
start hitting them?
Ignorance is priceless.
Introduction
Standard hospital blood microscopy involves drying the blood sample, then
staining it. Although this technique has many uses, it kills the blood
cells

The medical standard involves killing the blood cells.
Unless one uses a phase-contrast microscope.

What is LBM? The Alternative Procedure involves life.
Under strictly controlled conditions, human blood continues to live for up
to nine hours after leaving the body. LBM is a technique in which the
blood
Quoted message said:is viewed immediately in its living state and the picture recorded onto
videotape.
Using an automatic spring-loaded needle, a tiny drop of blood is taken
from
Quoted message said:a fingertip, an almost painless procedure. The sample is immediately
magnified up to 5000 times under a microscope. A camera displays the
result
Quoted message said:on a high-resolution monitor. Both doctor and patient then study the
appearance of the living blood.
Every patient is given a motion picture recording on a standard domestic
videocassette and will compare this recording with further recordings
taken

What does LBM provide?
LBM provides an immediate visual picture of the health of the blood. Under
LBM, healthy red blood cells shimmer with life.
First of all, the microscope that is shown on the site that you got this
from is an ordinary light microscope. That's not going to give you 5000
times magnification. Secondly, you stated that "A Blood Microscopy
technician will do a live blood demonstration using an electron microscope
and camera (...)". So, that's not true, but an electronmicroscope would be
needed to obtain such magnifications.
