Sending the same "Letter to the Editor" at 15 or 20 different news outlets is not spamming, especailly when one of them almost inevitably ends up running it. Look up the defintion of spamming.

Same for Van de Wille's other comment about nobody in cycling getting back to me. In fact, almost everybody I write to in cycling gets back to me

So, Van de Wille lied there as well.

He casually tosses off reference to threats but cannot prove one, he cannot post one supposed threat. All he has is a warning that if further lies continue he will be sued. That's it. If he has any proof to any of theses things have him post it.

It's funny how you go on and on about Rob and Tracy,how Pedal's forum is so bad, how this one here is better with all the bells and whistles, how Rob and Tracy and Benjamin S are this and that--and then post a few things on their sites, only to have them taken down in a few minutes. Where are you posting from? How pathetic is it if you are driving all across Canada to find some net cafe or public computer that you are not banned from.

If you don't like their sites so much, why do you keep going back every chance you get, every loophole in their forums? Where did post from you ask? Well, I posted last week from right here at my home (Rob & Tracy can testify to that because they have since blocked me again here, twice). I don't know why, but it just allowed me on.

Yesterday I posted on Pedal from the Malone, NY public library. I was down doing something at their newspaper and the library is right on my way home. Malone is only 30 mintues away. It is a nice place, I am a member and I stopped in. I did not go out of my way at all. It was very convenient and pleasant, as a matter of fact.

Why do I go back to their site? Just to annoy them. Obviously, since they will not allow me to do anything more. I apparently generates some interest since you read it and came back here. Fool!

Do you have anything to say about cycling at all, or just me?

I had never even heard of your name or your antics until you came here. I have been coming here for years and posting under various names. I believe I mentioned that a few months ago. I just thought it was incredibly amusing for you to try and try to post on those forums over and over again after being banned. Only recently, after hearing about your harassment, weapons and drugs charges, your various firings, your being banned from CC, Pedal, Velonews, and so on, have I taken an "interest" in you, if that's what you want to call it.

See, all that tells me is that you know very little about cycling or are very new to the sport so probably have not been coming here for years.

It is unlikely anybody in Canada from 1989 to 1993 who knew anything about cycling did not know who I was. If you were a Senior or Junoir rider you wanted to ride for my team becuase it was the best in Canadian cycling history. If you read Pedal magazine or The Gazette, you read my reporting.

If you race earlier than that you would have known me as well since I rode in almost every major race in Canada in the mid-eighties and always fared quite well.

Your comment above proves you did not know much about the sport.

This site isn't just about road racing. And also--how is this related to you posting on other forums after you have been banned, and after you blast them?

See, I knew Patrick's name. He was on TV and in the newspapers and big cycling mags (winning, not pedal) during those years.

And he never claimed to be a coach/journalist/manager/marketing/organizer/whatever. He is not a jack of all trades master of none; he's a damn fine writer and commentator.

What do you mean, you found, it? You keep it posted above your bed, so it's the first thing you see in the morning. You have it in reverse script on your bathroom wall, so you can read it behind you when you're looking in the mirror, clipping nosehairs...

Anyway, doesn't matter: I've done more than some and less than others. Doesn't make me less entitled to my opinions, except in Ed-land of course.

For the record: two seasons of very light training and four races, one of them in a state of, uh... extreme aerodynamism (lol) and the other in the aforementioned bear suit. But the other two were legit races, for an established team, under the tutelage of a future leading figure in Canadian competitive cycling (I know you're still scratching your head over that one - lol).

Please govern yourself accordingly.

Ok, I'll say it r e a l l y slowly. You asked how I can't know your name since you are so well-known in cycling (which you are, I realize now, for the wrong reasons). You presupposed that this site is merely about road racing, or racing at all. Cycling does not only revolve around racing, or road racing. It's a small aspect. Ever gone to a bike store and talked to people buy bikes? Lots of times they have not a clue about racing, save for Armstrong.

But most importantly: what the hell does that have to do with how you go back to all the forums that you tell us you are much better without, that cyclingforums is so great, that Jones and Sadavoy are idiots, and so forth? Why don't you just not go there at all? Instead, you try (I'd assume daily) to get back on there!
