  1. Has anyone used the new Atkins Carb Counting desktop software? I cant
get any sense of the utility of this software from the website. It is a
major oversight not to permit a time-limited download version.

    No it isn't.

It is common sense for anyone who intends to make a profit out of online
software sales. Whenever any company releases a full featured, time
limited version of their software, within days someone will release a
crack or hack or password bypass to circumvent the software either by
converting it to full operation or by resetting the time limits. Just
check any of the PTP, crack, hack, or warez ng's for examples. Any
company that releases a time limited version of their software is asking
    for trouble.

Secondly, why bother with Atkins carb counting software? Programs like
FitDay are readily available and they do an admirable job of counting
all nutritional values, not just carbs.

    Regards

    David

I seem to have touched a nerve. Would mind showing me just which nerve
that was JC, so I can dig at it when I am bored?

Yeah, because software titles that don't have time limited versions are
    never cracked.

    Yep, when I look.

Sorry, I didn't bother at the time; it was rude, it was posted from an
account with header that looked like yours - it seemed like you. <g>

No, actually it didn't, it didn't mention carbs... 😉

BTW, what have you done to [censored] flyinfinn off?
