Bottom bracket tool

Aren't the notches evenly spaced? Why wouldn't a tool with 2 things that
stick out work?

Bottom Bracket:
Sealed mechanism with Boron spindle

Which isn't really helpful.

It's definitely not that tool, as notches on the tool don't extend down.
Well there are 3 that do, but they don't serve the purpose needed for this
bottom bracket according to that website.

I have a question into GT on this, but so far no response from them.
