FitDay says 1 tablespoon = 2 grams carb, no fiber. Which surprises me as horseradish roots are very fibrous.

According to nutirtiondata.com, a hundred grams of horseradish (prepared) has 11 grams of carbs and three grams of fiber. When youi scale the portion down to 1 tbspn, it's two grams of carbs and no fiber. Obviously rounded off.
I wouldn't sweat it. If you end up gaining weight from horseradish, obviously it's time to change the plan.
There may be two grams per tablespoon...but who could consume a tablespoon o horseradish? I love the stuff....but 1/2 teaspoon is more than enough to perk up any dish.

I have always thought that gefilte fish existed as a mechanism for spooning as much horseradish into my mouth as possible.

With some good prime rib, I can eat oodles of horseradish.

But that could just be me....
ROFLOLOLOL!!!!!!!!! My first out-loud laugh of the day 🙂.
I don't like spicy (ie, some mexican, indian, thai, etc.) foods but horseradish is one thing that I really love on beef. If I ever am taken hostage and force-fed gefilte fish, however, I will remember to take along my horseradish 🙂.

When consuming gefilte fish, one must remember to choose your horseradish option, which is the same as the wine option offered by waiters in Italian restaurants - red or white.
