  1. I do a lot of cardio and weights but I am wondering what other workout
programs would be different and just as effective. I find I would like
to do more of a variety of other exercises. Does anyone have any ideas?

  2. Whackin' off 50 or 60x a day should be enough to keep you in shape.

I do Brazillian Ju Jitsu(BJJ) and it's a hell of a workout. Same with
boxing. I also just started lifting for strength and doing cardio for
endurance. I find martial arts a bit less boring than lifting at the gym.
Though the after workout endorphins are about the same.
