Crank Arm

Mine are held on with bolts having a 8mm hex socket, requiring a 8mm allen key to tighten.

Best to wheel it into a bike shop, they can fix in seconds...

I have a hybrid bike, and the Crank arm has worked it's way loose and has come off, i have a hexagonal headed nut and have tried a socket wrench to put it back, but unfortunatley i can only tighten it so far because the wrench won't all the way in.
Can you help? also if i need a special tool can i buy this in London Uk and where?

The bolt is the least of your worries. If it "worked itself loose", that means it's been riding down the taper. That means that inerface isn't snug and you've probably rounded off the edges.

They can re-attach it ... but it will never be the same. You will need a new crank and bottom bracket. I'd recommend a splined Octalink bottom bracket/crank. Splines don't have that tendency to work themselves free.
